Michael Lohan, 50, was arrested for alleged assault against his girlfriend Kate Majors during an argument March 21, 2011 . The father of Lindsay Lohan has been charged with one misdemeanor count of corporal injury to a cohabitant. He is expected to be arraigned on May 23 in Department 2 of Beverly Hills Superior Court. Lohan told Radar Online that Majors attacked him. He faces a maximum sentence of one year in county jail if convicted. A mugshot of Lohan from 2009 is pictured here.
