SALEM, Ore. (AP) -- Chelsea Clinton will travel to Oregon April 12 to campaign for her mother, Democrat Hillary Clinton, in the run-up to the state's May 20 presidential primary.

The Clinton campaign said she will attend the Oregon Democratic Convention in Eugene.

She would be the third member of the family to campaign in the Oregon contest against Barack Obama. Anyone wishing to attend was required to sign up with the OregonDemocrats.org.

Hillary Clinton is to make stops in Portland and Eugene on Saturday. Former President Bill Clinton was in the state earlier this week.
