The 6th annual Wild About Game Celebration will be an all-day affair at the Oregon Convention Center this coming Saturday, September 30th from 10am – 7pm.

The center of attention at this yearly event is sustainably raised game and fowl, with opportunities to meet the ranchers, farmers, and chefs responsible for bringing the likes of wild boar, elk, moose, and quail to the table.

The line-up of activities on Saturday includes cooking demonstrations, cookbook signings, and a chef cook-off featuring more than a dozen of the region’s finest culinary artists.
