What: Oregon’s 1st “Make-Your-Own” Winery

Allows customers to blend, bottle, and label their own custom wines.

Fermentation process takes between 6-to-8 weeks.

Each batch yields between 25-to-28 bottles, at a cost of $8.00-to-$13.00 a bottle, depending on the variety you choose to make.
