Dino-Mite!!! Dinosaurs take over Oregon Zoo

08:10 AM PDT on Monday, May 19, 2008

By DREW CARNEY, kgw.com Staff

The Oregon Zoo’s summer-long blockbuster exhibit, Dinosaurs!, is now open to the public. The Dinosaurs will call the Zoo home through Labor Day, September 1st.

Watch Drew Carney visit the stars of the Oregon Zoo's newest exhibit, "Dinosaurs!", during the 05/15/08 edition of Newschannel 8 at Sunrise.

The exhibit was designed to be fun for all ages. All along the special Dino trail, animatronic dinosaurs roar, snarl and move ferociously. They're not really hungry though, so you're safe in pausing to learn about what these giant creatures ate, how they cared for their young, possible reasons they became extinct and more.
