The Portland Rose Festival is hosting the inaugural Character Clown Corps for 'everyday Portlanders' to learn how to become a professional entertainer -- and be a participant in the world-renowned Grand Floral Parade, televised live on Saturday, June 7 at 10:00 a.m. on KGW Newschannel 8!

Participants will train and perform with an avant-garde clown professional, receive a makeup kit and costume and develop their very own clown character.
