Local cheerleaders ready to steal the Spotlight

More than 3,000 cheerleaders will converge on the Oregon Convention Center next weekend (Friday, March 7th – Sunday, March 9th) for the Pac West St. Paddy’s Open National Cheer and Dance Championships.

Watch Drew Carney go up, around, then back down during his visit to the Spotlight All-Star Cheer Studios in Troutdale, OR during the 02/27/08 edition of Newschannel 8 at Sunrise.

Among the local representatives at the event, will be the All-Star Cheerleaders from Spotlight Cheer Studios in Troutdale.

If you’d like to check out what Spotlight has to offer your kids, they have a great opportunity coming up at the end of March, when they’ll host a Spring Break Camp from Monday, 3/24 – Thursday, 3/27.

The camp is designed for students up to 5th Grade.
