The 61st Annual Portland Home & Garden Show comes to life this weekend at the Portland Expo Center.

The largest show of its kind in Oregon opens everyday at 11:00am beginning on Wednesday, February 20th through Sunday, February 24th, with more than 315,000 square feet of ideas for the serious (and even the not-so-serious) home and garden enthusiast.

The Portland Home & Garden Show is highlighted by the Showcase Gardens… roughly a dozen gorgeous garden displays created by some of the region’s finest landscape designers and contractors competing against each other for recognition and public praise.

The Original Plant Sale is once again a part of the Portland Home & Garden Show, with dozens of the area’s finest nurseries taking part. You’ll find ornamental and fruit bearing trees and shrubs, perennials, bulbs, grasses, ferns, water plants, and annuals… all at great prices.

Another highlight of this year’s show is the Garden Gallery, an enormous selection of garden-inspired art from some of the most noted artists in the Northwest.

Show times are 11:00am to 8:00pm Wednesday through Saturday, and 11:00am to 6:00pm on Sunday.

Admission to the show is $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 6 to 16. Children ages 5 and under get in for free, as do all members of the American Horticultural Society.
