The Hotel Vintage Plaza in downtown Portland has just what you need if you’re looking to dial up some romance, not just this Valentine’s Day, but any day of the year.

Watch Drew Carney celebrate Valentine's Day with "A Love Story" courtesy of the Hotel Vintage Plaza on the 02/14/08 edition of Newschannel 8 at Sunrise.

Their “A Love Story” package features accommodations for two with rose petals scattered over the bed sheets at turndown, a chilled bottle of Champagne waiting for you in the room upon arrival, chocolates, a $14 breakfast certificate at Pazzo Ristorante, and complimentary valet parking.

The Hotel Vintage Plaza is also known for its wide variety of unique luxury suites, including 2-story townhouse suites and garden suites with outdoor balcony hot tubs overlooking the downtown city lights.

The Hotel Vintage Plaza recently made the top 500 list in both Travel + Leisure’s 2008 World’s Best Hotels edition and Condé Nast Traveler’s 14th Annual Gold List. Not only was the hotel selected as one of the world’s best hotels by both publications, but it was the only Portland hotel to make both lists.

“We are honored to be recognized for both of these special awards,” said Jeri Riggs, general manager of the Hotel Vintage Plaza. “Our employees consistently strive to deliver an unprecedented level of guest service for both the business and leisure traveler. Many of our guests say it’s unrivaled anywhere.”

To make a reservation at the Hotel Vintage Plaza, located at 422 SW Broadway in downtown Portland, call (503) 228-1212 or visit their website, www.VintagePlaza.com.
