Happy Fathers Day and first day of Summer.

I just wish I had better weather news. A trough of weak low pressure and associated waves of energy will be sliding through, through Monday morning.

High pressure will be with us for much of next week and by the first weekend of summer we should see temperatures in the 80s.

We will see clouds, showers and some sunbreaks today. We should see some of those sunbreaks in the evening hours but with temperatures only in the low 60s at that time, dinner alfresco for dad probably not a good idea. The high today will be 68.

Central / East - 64-74
