Osu Running Back Jacquizz Rodgers was named the Offensive Player of the year in the Pac-10 today. He was also named Freshman of the Year. In fact, he is the first Freshman to ever win the Offensive Player of the Year Honor. Rodgers rushed for 1, 253 yards this season to set a Freshman record and he sat out nearly all of the Arizona game and missed the Civil War.

Beavers Head Coach Mike Riley was named the Pac-10 Coach of the Year. Oregon St. had the fewest number of returning starters...but the Beavers nocked off USC and finished 8-4 in the Regular Season.

The Beavers will take on Pittsburgh in the Sun Bowl on New Years' Eve.
