It's Week 11, two weeks to go!
We ran a relaxing 5 miles June 18th as a recovery run to the “long one” from last weekend. It felt good.
I’m excited with just two weeks left until the Foot Traffic Flat Half Marathon on Sauvie Island! Everything seems to be falling into place and I think I might actually be able to pull this run off!
Ha! I’d never thought I could do anything with the word marathon in it—except perhaps eat a marathon chocolate bar! I’m feeling a bit of pain above my left ankle but I think it’ll be okay. It seems to go away after an ice massage. My doctor friends say its probably not a bit deal if it goes away quickly, so I’m not too worried.
