The Oregon Humane Society''s Dog of the Day is Walle (74763). He is a happy and loving three year old Golden Retriever mix who loves to give kisses and let you know how much he loves you! His previous owners reported that he has had basic obedience training and he is eager to show you how well he can walk on leash as well as Sit, Wait, Heel, Come, Fetch and Down. His people have also reported that he is housebroken and also crate trained. He does have a history of allergies which makes him sensitive to overhandling. For this reason a home with older, respectful children would be best. If you want a great, all around dog Walle may be your boy! You can visit with him at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland (503-285-7722).
His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability subject to prior adoption.
