Starla is a one year old Terrier mix. She is a sweet, shy girl who likes to keep busy. She will need some time to adjust to her new home. Starla came to OHS from Los Angeles, California through the Second Chance program. She will need an adult only home where she will be allowed plenty of time to get used to her new place and person. She will want to go for walks and get attention. Starla wants to bond with someone and is ready to go home today.
Starla's adoption fee is $250, which includes a collar, ID tag, microchip, free vet examination, one month of pet health insurance, and plenty of information.
