Spike (84298) is the Dog of the Day from the Oregon Humane Society.

Six year old Spike is a fantastic Boxer who arrived at OHS with a tumor on his head. With their medical team's help, Spike is doing great and healing nicely. All the staff at OHS love Spike very much because he is sweet and affectionate. Spike will gently use his paw to get your attention and he loves to be petted. Spike knows "sit" but he was mainly an outdoor dog in his previous home and will need some training. Spike can jump a 6 ft. fence and should not be left out in a yard unsupervised. Spike should not go home with young children. A medical consultation is included with his adoption.

Spike's adoption fee is $200, which includes a collar, ID tag, microchip, free vet examination, one month of pet health insurance, and plenty of information.  All pets at the Oregon Humane Society are spayed or neutered and subject to prior adoption.  Visit Spike at 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., or call 503-285-7722 for more information.
