Simba is a handsome fellow. He's shy at first and will do best in an adult only home without dogs and he has lived successfully with other cats. Once he is comfortable in his new home he is affectionate and likes to cuddle!

Simba is the Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day. He is a regal fellow with striking good looks and a charming personality to match. Though shy to strangers, Simba is affectionate and cuddly once he gets to know you. He has a beautiful long coat and will need regular brushing to assist in keeping it looking elegant. Simba is energetic and enjoys playing with his toys. He has been around other cats before and seems to enjoy their company. Because he takes extra time to adjust to unfamiliar situations, we recommend he go to a home with adults only and no dogs. Simba has been declawed so must go to a home where he where he will be an indoors only kitty. You can meet him at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Hours for viewing are Sun-Wed 10-7 and Thurs-Sat 10-9. Hours for adoptions are Sun-Wed 10-6:30 and Thurs-Sat 10-8:30.

His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support. Availability is subject to prior adoption.
