Shayna is a older labrador mix that will need to be the only dog in the household as she is reactive to other dogs, Besides she wants to get all of the attention from the people in her household, including being a lap dog!

The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Shayna Spikey Pineapple! With a name like this girl, you can expect a pretty cool dog! The best part is that she isn't spikey at all, she is a loving and sweet seven year old Labrador mix that wishes she could be a lap dog. She is such a lover of people and attention that she can have a hard time sharing with other dogs. Shayna also becomes very reactive when she sees other dogs and would likely benefit greatly from the Reactive Rover class offered at the Oregon Humane Society. Shayna would be best in a home with older children. A training consultation is included in her adoption! You can meet with her at 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-258-7722. Visiting hours are 10-7 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10-9 on Thursday- Saturday. Adoption hours end one hour prior to closing each day.

Her adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS I.D. tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
