The Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day is Sargon. As you can tell from his picture, He rarely skips a meal and he loves food a little bit too much. Even though he thinks he look as cute as a button with his extra love handles he does need to trim down just a tiny bit. Sargon’s new family will have to oversee that he does this in a healthy way since it can be very unhealthy for him to lose weight super quickly. He is not much for playing or chasing things but he is very social in talking to everyone in the room.  Sargon can be a bit bashful with tricks but one thing is for certain, he will find a way into your heart! He has a good history of living with cats, dogs and children. He am also used to living indoor only so will need a super large litter box and some daily spa treatment to make sure he keep myself nice and tidy. He might have a little trouble in this department because of his size. You can Meet Sargon her at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Adoption hours are 10-6:30 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10-8:30 on Thursday-Saturday.

His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
