The Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day is Shelby (35874). Shelby is a wonderful seven year old German Shepherd mix. She loves to be around people and would make someone a great companion. She has had basic obedience training in the past and enjoys going for walks and riding in a car. She can be vocal so she may not be a good fit in an apartment. Shelby can be bossy around other dogs so she must meet any dogs she would be living with. She has lived with children, cats, chickens and a horse in her previous home.
