The Oregon Human Society's Dog of the Day is Sebastian (115020). He is a sweet, loving and kind hearted seven year old Shepherd mix. He is in need of a home that can provide him with daily exercise, play time, and attention. When meeting new people Sebastian can be a little nervous but once he gets to know you he bonds very strong. Sebastian loves to spend his time with his human companions and likes to be involved in their daily activities. He will make a great companion for someone that enjoys the outdoors and going on new adventures. Sebastian usually spends his day going on long walks, playing at the dog park and having meaningful conversations with his companions. He knows his commands of sit and down and loves going on long walks in the neighborhood. Sebastian will gladly join in on a conversation and will let you know his opinion or tell you when he needs something. He can be a bit picky of his canine companions so prior to his adoption a pet meet with any resident dog is essential. His new home will need to be one without cats and one with older children. A training consultation is included prior to his adoption. Visit with Sebastian at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland (503-285-7722)
His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
