The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Rosie. She is a ten year old Border collie ready to find her forever home. Rosie is a sweet and easy going girl who would do well in a quiet home where she can spend lots of time relaxing with her people. She hopes to find a home that will allow her to lay by their feet and bask in the light of her golden years.  She would prefer a home with older children who will respect her age and boundaries. A soft, warm bed, a loving family, and good nutritious meals will make Rose one happy friend. She has lived with both dogs and cats successfully. If this girl seems like a good match for you be sure to meet her today. A medical consultation is included prior to Rosie's adoption. You can visit her at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Adoption hours are 10-6:30 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10-8:30 on Thursday-Saturday.

Her adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
