The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day Reggie Watts. He is a year and half old Australian Silky Terrier mix. He is a sweet and loving fellow that can't wait to find his new best friend in life. This little man is looking for a place to call his own and a companion to spend lots of time with. He is a real comedian and loves to make you laugh. One of his favorite antics is to try to bury his toys and treats in the house! Watching him look for a pillow or blanket to hide his goodies under is a riot! Reggie would enjoy going places with you and becoming familiar with his new surroundings with you by his side. His handsome face and endearing personality will capture your heart and make you ask yourself how you ever lived without him. Is Reggie Watts the canine friend you have been searching for? You can meet the great fellow at The Oregon Humane Society’s Westside Adoption Center which is located inside of Lexi Dog on 6100 SW Macadam Ave. Portland 503-327-8219. If you want to know if your potential new best friend gets along with other dogs, this is the place to visit. Dogs from the Oregon Humane Society spend their days in a large group area alongside other dogs in a doggie day care facility. Reggie’s adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
Kittens are also available at this location and they all live in “colony rooms” with their fellow felines. Visiting and adoption hours for both dogs and kittens are 10-6 Monday-Friday; and 10-4 Saturday-Sunday at the Westside Adoption Center.
