Papaya is the Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day.  She lives at the Westside Adoption center which is locted at Lexi Dog on 6100 SW Macadam Ave. Portland, OR (503-245-4363). Come meet me there! Papaya is a reserved dog that can also be active when out and about. He walks well on a leash and enjoys spending time with his family. Papaya is an attentive boy wanting nothing more than to be at your side (like your own personal furry shadow). He is loving, affectionate, playful, happy-go-lucky, and loyal. Papaya is a mature dog that loves the company of adults and older, respectful children. Younger children are too active and their high pitched voices and sudden movements seem to make him nervous. Papaya is quite intelligent and well-mannered. He came to us from Safe Haven Humane Society through our Second Chance Program. Come see me at Lexi Dog.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS I.D. tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!
