The Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day is Oscar. This dashing young man is named Oscar and he is here to purr and headbutt his way straight into your heart and home! His previous owners describe him as being very playful, affectionate and the life of the party! He is quick to make new friends and craves attention from his favorite people (everyone!). Oscar made it known in his prior home that he does not however appreciate the company of other animals. He needs a home where he can be the king of the castle! Spend some time getting to know Oscar today and he is sure to have your heart in his hands! His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, 30 days free PetPlan health insurance and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
You can visit with Oscar at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Viewing hours are Sun-Wed 10-7; Thurs-Sat 10-9. Adoption hours are Sun-Wed 10-6:30; Thurs-Sat-10-8:30. Adopt any cat and take home second cat FREE! Due to popular demand, this offer has been extended indefinitely. The Oregon Humane Society is stocked with cats that all need wonderful homes.
Cats are also available at the Oregon Humane Society’s Westside Adoption Center located inside of Lexi Dog Boutique and Social Club located at 6100 SW Macadam Ave., Portland. Here they live in “colony rooms” with their fellow felines. Dogs are also available at this location. If you want to know if your best friend gets along with other dogs, this is the place to visit. Oregon Humane Society dogs spend their days in a large group area alongside other dogs a doggie day care facility. Adoption and viewing hours are 10-6 on Monday- Friday; and 10-4 on Saturday-Sunday.
