Freddie is a handsome fellow that has a lot to say and also has a good purr. We recommend he goes to a home were he is the only pet and with adults only, or children are older and very cat savvy.

The Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day is Freddie and he is looking for his new forever home! He is a sweetheart and loves to make new friends. Playing, purring, and telling stories are just two of his favorite pastimes. He has had experience with other cats in his previous home, but did not seem to enjoy their company, and he has never been around dogs so Freddie might be happiest as the only pet in his new home. As far as we know, Freddie hasn't had any experience with kids either, so he might prefer a home with either older kids or adults only. Overall he is an affectionate young man who just wants somebody to love. Could that someone be you? You can meet with him at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10 to 7 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10 to 9 on Thursday-Saturday. Adoption hours end one half hour prior to closing each day.

His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
