The Oregon Humane Society's Cat of the Day is Nowwall (116970). He is one of the cats from the most recent investigation case. He, along with his feline friends, were removed from a hoarding situation and then brought here for some much needed rest, TLC and an opportunity to start a new life. Norwall is seven years old and will require some special consideration in your home because of his past living situation. As much as he would like to be a happy-go-lucky cat, that isn't what he is now but it might be who he'll become in time. He will need everyone in his new home to be patient and understanding with me as hes slowly adapt to you and his new environment. Confining him to a quiet room with a litter box, food, toys and water will help him feel safe as he slowly settles into my new life with you. You can meet with him at that the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland (503-285-7722). Visiting hours are 10 am to 7 pm Sunday throught Wednesday; and 10 am to 9 pm Thursday throught Saturday. Adoption hours end one half prior to closing each day.
Norwall's adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
