The Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day is Nile (95875) . He is a one year old purebred Doberman Pinscher. Nile is looking for a very active home that has the time and commitment for such a rambunctious pup. He needs to go to a home that has Doberman experience as he will be too much to handle for the inexperienced dog owner. Dobermans are highly intelligent, very active and athletic, and protective pets. True to his breed, Nile exhibits all of these qualities. He is eager to please and is at foot during all hours of the day. Taking this goofy pup to obedience class as soon as you can is the best way to get your relationship off on the right foot. Classes such as Basic Obedience (a class offered by Oregon Humane Society) will teach you how to interact with your new dog and show you how to train yourself to be an effective dog handler. If you are looking for a stunning playful pup that will become a regal and committed family pet, then ask to meet with Nile. Please email Nile's foster Mom, Kami Dockery at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
