Muffin is a special little Chihuahua with only three legs as one had to recently be removed because of a severe break. Though she does quite well with three. She needs a quiet home without children.

The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Muffin. She is a sweet little eight year old Chihuahua mix who needs a quiet, low traffic home with no children. She will need time and space to settle in and adjust to her new life and then she will become your best buddy.  Muffin has had a recent leg amputation so will need help in adjusting to this but will still like to go for walks and even more spent time curled up with her new best friends. She may always be a bit on the shy side in meeting new people. A medical consult is included prior to her adoption. Muffin is a real sweet little gal who loves to cuddle. You can meet with her at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10-7 on Sunday-Wednesday and 10-9 on Thursday-Saturday. Adoptions end one half hour prior to closing each day.

Muffin’s adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
