The Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day is Mr. Rushkin. He's a wonderful little lad who is excited to find his purrrrfect home. He can be a bit shy at first and may need some extra time to warm up to his new friends. Mr. Rushkin would prefer to live in a quiet home where he is allowed to adjust at his own pace. He would also do well in a home with adults only and since he likes to be the king, the only cat also. Once Mr. Rushkin warms up he blossoms into a wonderful friend. He enjoys getting pets and having his chin scratched. You can meet with him at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland. Visiting hours are 10-7 on Sunday through Wednesday; and 10-9 on Thursday through Saturday. Adoption time ends one half hour prior to closing each day.

The adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS I.D. tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
