The Oregon Humane Society's Cat of the Day is Miss Kitty. She is at our WESTSIDE ADOPTION CENTER inside Lexi Dog on 6100 SW Macadam Ave. Portland, 503-245-4363. She is a wonderful little lady that is excited to find the purrrfect home. Miss Kitty is quite timid at first and would do best in a home where she can adjust at her own pace. We are sure she would like a quiet home with one or two adults only. she enjoys exploring her surroundings and finding new places to lounge underneath an object and a bit hidden. Miss kitty likes having soft pieces of fleece or blankets in her hiding places. Once she becomes comfortable in her new home you will find that Miss Kitty is a sweet girl that is sure to bring endless smiles to your home. She looks a bit peculiar right now as she came to us with very fur that was so matted that it was necessary to shave most of her body, but it is beginning to grow out nicely and her legs and show her nice long hair. She has become a real volunteer favorite and we are all looking forward to her finding her forever home. Visiting and adoption hours for cats at our Westside Adoption Center are from 10-6:30 on Monday-Friday; and 10-4:30 on Saturday-Sunday.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS I.D. tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!
