The Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day is Mimi (shelter #137332) who is a beautiful young lady looking for her new forever home. She is a little on the hefty side, so I needs to have someone help her to exercise and shed a few of the extra pounds. Mimi is a real talker and also likes to give her friends headbutts to show her appreciation. Also Mimi has a loud comforting purr! Not much is known about my history with other cats, dogs, or children so any introductions should be made carefully. However she is currently living with other cats in Darlings Den and seems to be getting along with the other cats residing there. You can meet with her at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10 am -7 pm on Sunday to Wednesday; and 10 am - 9 pm on Thursday to Saturday. Adoptions end one half hour prior to closing each day.
Her adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
