Midnight (73832) is the Dog of the Day from the Oregon Humane Society.

Midnight is a nine month old American Pit Bull. He is a handsome and affectionate young dog who loves to play around, with other dogs or just being silly with his family. He is quite entertaining and is hilarious to play with or just watch. He has tons of energy and would appreciate a family with an active lifestyle who can include him. In his foster home he loves to play fetch, fetch, and more fetch. He loves tennis balls even if they only last a short time! Midnight is very smart and already knows how to sit, shake, lay down, rollover, speak, and stay just to name a few tricks. He loves to learn and appreciates keeping his mind busy. Due to his size and activity level, a home with older children is recommended. Midnight also loves canine companions so having a home with another dog might help him learn the ropes in his new surroundings. His foster dad indicates that Midnight is also quite a cuddler and loves to sneak underneath the blankets to cozy up with his favorite people. A home with breed experience is preferred and OHS staff recommend additional training to help Midnight continue to be the best dog he can be. Midnight's adoption fee is $150, which includes a collar, ID tag, microchip, free vet examination, a behavior consult, one month of pet health insurance, and plenty of information.  All pets at the Oregon Humane Society are spayed or neutered and subject to prior adoption.  For more information about Midnight call 503-285-7722.
