Max would love to have a fenced back yard to run and play fetch with his people. His past owners called him the "velcro dog"!

Max is a four year old Lhasa Apso mix that loves attention from his people. He has been his happiest with a fenced back yard where he could run, play and be away from the sounds of a busier city street. Max loves playing fetch and likes plush toys. He is house trained, understands stay, takes treats nicely and will wait for his food. He has not been around young children very much and is used to an adult only home. If any children we would recommend older mature dog savvy ones who could understand his independent nature. A training consult is included prior to his adoption.
You can meet with Max at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are from 10 am to 7 pm on Sunday-Wednesday; and from 10 am to 9 pm on Thursday. Adoption hours end one half hour prior to closing each day.
Max’s adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
