The Oregon Humane Society's Cat of the Day is Mouse (115889).  This nine year old feline is a gentleman looking for a home where he can enjoy the company of his friends.  Mouse is affectionate and loves to be petted, but has earned his name through an adventurous streak in chasing birds and mice.  Not a lot is known about his history, except that he's spent quite a lot of time outdoors.  But now that he's getting older, he might do best as an indoor only cat.   Mouse has gotten along well with other felines in his previous home and he is currently living with other cats at the Oregon Humane Scoiety in Bettys Playhouse, so he could do nicely with a buddy.   Adopt Mouse and a second cat is free.  You can visit Mouse and his friends at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland (503-285-7722).  Visiting and adoption hours are from 10 am to 7 pm on Sunday through Wednesday; and on 10 am to 9 pm on Thursday through Saturday.

His adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!  Availability is subject to prior adoption!
