The Oregon Humane Society's Cat of the Day is Mischief (121065).   She is at our Westside Adoption Center in Lexi Dog on 6100 SW Macadam Ave. Portland, OR (503-245-4363).  You can meet her there during open adoption hours Wednesdays Fridays from 4pm to 6pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 4pm!  Mischief is a lovely, affectionate two year old young lady who seeks a peaceful home where she will get lots of TLC.   She looks like a "teenager" at first who has a lot of growing to do.  She only weights a bit over 5 pounds and has a lot of filling out to do to fit into her body.   Though she can be reserved at first, she loves to be petted and will gladly headbutt to thank you for the attention.  She has lived with other cats and dogs in her previous home, though introductions should still be made gradually.  She is currently living with other cats now and doesn't seem to interact with them a great deal, so she may prefer to be the only cat so she can receive all of the attention!  Meet Mischief today and find out if she's the one for you!

Her adoption fee of $12 is good through January 31 when the Lucky #12 special ends. It  then will revert to a higher amount,  includes spay/neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!  Availability is subject to prior adoption.
