The Oregon Humane Society's Cat of the Day is Mia (shelter #125463). She is a beautiful tortoiseshell two year old lady on a mission to find a lap to curl up on and a loving family to call her own. Mia has had a very rough start as she was found as a starving stray under someones house back in February and she went to the foster home where she is currently living. Here Mia received lots of love and care to help with her healing process. After many months of TLC she is now ready to find her forever home. Mia can be very scared at first and it took months for her to warm up to her foster mom. However, once she is comfortable with you she will come to you at the snap of a finger, talk to you with a sweet little chirp and snuggle with you when you watch tv or work on the computer. She needs a patient, commit ed person who will help her continue to thrive. Mia has lived with cats and dogs but she prefers her people the most. She is looking for a calm, quiet home. For more information about Mia, or to set up a meeting with Mia please email her foster mom:   laura.klink@yahoo.com

The adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
