The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Latte (shelter #135394). He is a four year old terrier mix just in the prime of his life. Latte tells us that he would like to be the only dog is the household as often other dogs can frighten him. Also he will do better in an adult only home or one with older, mature, dog savvy kids who can understand what giving a dog space means. Latte loves to get attention but sometimes gets overexcited and jumps up on you. So he is a prime candidate for a Basic Manners class. Visiting hours are 10 am -7 pm on Sunday to Wednesday; and 10 am - 9 pm on Thursday to Saturday. Adoptions end one half hour prior to closing each day.
