Lady Banjo is a sweet gal with a big personality that will take some extra time to adjust to a new home. But it will be well worth the wait and time. She loves getting brushed and seems to know that it makes her look good! She can be a bit sassy at times so will do best in an adult home or one with older cat savvy children.

The Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day is Lady Banjo. She is a sweet and spunky five year old lady with a big personality. This pretty kitty takes a little extra time to adjust to new surroundings and will appreciate patience while she adjusts to a new home. Once she feels comfortable, she loves attention. She really likes to be brushed and would love to find a home with people who will bond with her by making her feel pretty. Since Lady Banjo can be a little sassy, we recommend a home with older kids or just adults. You can meet with her at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Viewing hours are 10-7 Sun-Wed and 10-9 Thurs-Sat. Adoption hours are 10-6:30 Sun-Wed and 10-8:30 Thurs-Sat.

Lady Banjo’s adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.

The Oregon Humane Society’s Westside Adoption Center is located inside of Lexi Dog Boutique and Social Club on 6100 SW Macadam, Portland also has kittens and dogs for adoption. Visiting hours at this location are 10-6 Monday-Friday and 10-4 Saturday-Sunday.
