The Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day is Kouza (shelter #139476). This regal and handsome fellow is Kouza, and he is a wonderful older gentleman who is looking for a loving and quiet home in which he can enjoy his retirement years. He is fourteen years old,( won’t take up much space as he weighs only eight pounds!) and as you can imagine, the shelter is an odd place for him to be at this time in his life, so he may take some extra time to show his true purrsonality. He is sweet and curious, but definitely unsure of his new surroundings. His new people will need to be patient and loving as he adjusts to a new life with them. Kouza would enjoy a quiet home as the only cat with no dogs or small children. He’ll be happy with a nice soft comfortable bed, maybe a place to look outside at the birds and squirrels and your TLC as he becomes familiar with his new family and living situation. Purrhaps you could give Kouza the chance at the golden life!

His special senior adoption fee of $12 includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
