Kojo (82967) is the Dog of the Day from the Oregon Humane Society.
Kojo is an eight year old Labrador Retriever mix. This sweet boy will need a quiet home where he can adjust to his new family. He came to OHS from Curry County Animal Shelter through the Second Chance program. He is unfamiliar with city life and things are a little too busy for him right now. Kojo likes to chase livestock, so he will need a home without any goats or chickens. He can be particular about other dogs and will need time to adjust to any new dog friends. He will also need a home with older children. Kojo does have an old knee injury and a medical consult is included with his adoption to explain this.
Kojo's adoption fee is $55, which includes a collar, ID tag, microchip, free vet examination, one month of pet health insurance, and plenty of information. All pets at the Oregon Humane Society are spayed or neutered and subject to prior adoption. Visit Kojo at 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., or call 503-285-7722 for more information.
