The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Julian. He is a jet-setting Chihuahua looking for a home where he can settle down. He came to us through our Second Chance program from a shelter all the way in Los Angeles! Julian enjoys being around his people and going for walks, and the previous shelter reports that he has had good experiences with other dogs as well. Like most Chihuahuas, Julian will need time to adjust to new situations, as he can be overwhelmed by too much activity and noise at first. A medical consultation will be provided prior to his adoption. You can meet his at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10 to 7 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10 to 9 on Thursday-Saturday. Adoption time ends one half hour prior to closing each day.

The adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
