The Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Day is Jack. He is seven years old and in the prime of his live and known to be a people person. His skillset includes being a good conversationalist and not being afraid to take risks. Though Jack is a social fellow he is also not a fan of being over handled so a home where he wouldn't be fussed over by small children would be best, but he would make a handsome companion for a more mature family. Jack has had a urinary tract infection in his past but is doing well now and future occurrences can be prevented by a simple modification in diet and by reducing any stress for him. Every enterprising fellow should have a warm loving family to come home to; allow yourself to be those special someones in Jack's life! You can meet him at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Viewing hours are 10-7 Sun-Wed and 10-9 Thurs-Sat. Adoption hours are 10-6:30 Sun-Wed and 10-8:30 Thurs-Sat.
Jack’s adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
