Jean Grey (109470) is the Oregon Humane Society's Cat of the Day.  This adorable kitten is three months old and can be shy with new people and situations.  She is a tiny little girl weighing under three pounds, but she loves to be held and will snuggle by your shoulder with a loud purr.  Cougar (109455) has become her great friend and they will snuggle, take turns washing the others face and playing.  They would make a great pair to adopt and having a familiar feline friend would help Jean Grey to settle in faster.  The important thing will be to create a feeling of safety for her by letting her settle in one room of your home with everything she needs: food, water, toys and a litter box.   She will need your patience and love to blossom to her full potential.   She is at Lexi Dog, which is our Westside Adoption Center on 6100 SW Macadam Ave., Portland (503-245-4363).  You can meet with her there on Wednesday through Friday from 4pm to 6pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm!  Jean Grey is a great little kitten with the potential to become awesome feline companion!

Her adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!  Availability is subject to prior adoption.
