Jackie is the Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day. She is a sensitive little six and half year old Chihuahua who is looking for a quiet home she can share with her sister Roxy. Jackie and Roxy came to the Oregon Humane Society from Merced Co. Animal Control in California so we could help them find their new home. These little dogs are shy at first, and unfamiliar and unpredictable surroundings are a bit overwhelming for them. For these reasons they would do better in a quiet, adult-only home. Jackie feels more confident when Roxy is around and because these two are bonded they must go home together to be at their best and happiest.. The adoption fee includes both Jackie and Roxy. You can meet with them at 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland (503-285-7722) www.oregonhumane.org.
The adoption fee includes spay microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
