The Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day is Harry(shelter #141392).He is a sensitive little two year old Glen of Imaal Terrier mix who hasn't quite gotten used to his new environment. Harry can be nervous in new situations and prefers to take things slow so he can feel more comfortable in what is happening around him. He would do best with older children who can respect his boundaries and be patient with him while he settles in. With patience and lots of treats of course, Harry has the potential to open up and become a great addition to the family. You can meet with this cute fellow at the Oregon Humane Socieity, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10-7 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10-9 on Wednesday-Saturday. Adoptions end one half prior to closing each day.
Harry's adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
