Goldie (82964) is the Dog of the Day from the Oregon Humane Society.

This wonderful lady is Goldie, an eight year old Rough Collie mix. She is looking for a nice retirement home that can provide her with the love that she needs. Goldie was transferred to OHS through the Second Chance Program from Curry County Animal Shelter. While under their care, she was exposed to other dogs, but because of her age and slowness in adjusting to new situations, OHS recommends she go to a nice quiet home for her retirement. So, she is only looking for low-key canine friends. Goldie will need a home with no young children as she does not like to be handled too much. She can be sensitive about her coat being touched at times. A training consultation is included with her adoption.
