The Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day is Charles the Great. This older ninety pound Labrador mix truly lives up to his name! Charles is a big, goofy fellow who seems to like everyone he meets. He will do best around children and adults who can handle his size. In the case of younger children he could accidently lean on them accidentally and knock them over in his enthusiasm to say hello. Charles the Great seems to do well around other dogs, though he wouldn't mind having all your attention and love to himself. However is there is a resident canine friend a pet meet is essential prior to adoption.
