Franny (83594) is the Dog of the Day from the Oregon Humane Society.
Franny is a one year old Rat Terrier. She is a sweet and gentle girl who is looking for a new start in life. She came to OHS with a group of dogs from the coast and has spent some time in a great foster home. They tell us that she took a while to warm up but once she did Franny was full of snuggles and kisses. Franny had a tough start in life and needs a gentle, patient, and understanding family to give her time and TLC. In return, they will be rewarded with a loyal and loving thank-you plus kisses, kisses, and more kisses. Although shy at first, Franny also has a silly side! Her foster family tells us that she loves to play and one of her favorite games is to hide her toys one-by-one in her bed. Franny has lived with other dogs and cats in her foster home but needs a slow introduction to new situations. With the right family and lots of love, Franny will blossom into an amazing dog.
Franny's adoption fee is $200, which includes a collar, ID tag, microchip, free vet examination, one month of pet health insurance, and plenty of information. All pets at the Oregon Humane Society are spayed or neutered and subject to prior adoption. Visit Franny at 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., or call 503-285-7722 for more information.
