Frankie is the Oregon Humane Society’s Dog of the Day. He is located at our Westside Adoption Center inside of Lexi Dog Boutique and Social Club on 6100 SW Macadam Ave. Portland 503-327-8219. Frankie is a one year Jack Russell Terrier/Scottish Terrier mix in search of the perfect home! He is an active boy searching for an active home. He is loves going for walks and enjoys meeting both people and other dogs on his walk. Since he has been living at Lexi Dog he has had exposure with other dogs of all sizes and breeds and seems to get along well with them all. He will do well with a doggie companion to play with to help him channel his energy. Frankie also adores humane companionship and will happily be held, have his ears scratched and just be loved. He wants to find parents that can keep him mentally and physically stimulated. If you are looking for a running, hiking, or any outdoor activity companion than we highly recommend this young fellow. Frankie will need continued basic training and socialization to keep him the best canine he can be. If you are looking for a dog that is always willing to take on that next adventure at a full sprint then Frankie may be a partner you have been looking for. He will quickly bond to his new parents and become a “happy camper” in his new home.
Visiting and adoption hours at our Westside Adoption Center are 10-6:30 on Monday-Friday; and 10-4:30 on Saturday-Sunday. Frankie’s adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!
