The Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day is Flynn. He is a sweet but shy little one and half year old terrier mix that is looking for an owner who can help him come out of his shell. Flynn will need a home without children so he can adjust and feel as comfortable as possible. He does get along with other dogs and may do well with another canine companion in the home. If you have a resident dog, a pet meet will be necessary prior to adoption. Flynn may take some time to show you how affectionate he can be but that is just part of who he is and what makes him so special. He will benefit from a quiet home where he can spend lots of time being spoiled. A training consultation is included prior to Flynn's adoption. You can meet with him at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722. Visiting hours are 10 to 7 on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10 to 9 on Thursday-Saturday. Adoption hours end one hour prior to closing each day.
The adoption fee includes neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support! Availability is subject to prior adoption.
